Al Lockwood

Radio has always been in Al's blood. Al began his career at 18 years old when he started as a board operator for a local station in New Hampshire. When his family relocated to PA in 1990, he had a few odd jobs here and there, but they were basically the same, just a board operator. It wasn't until he met Lori from Sunny 106 that his life would change drastically. Around 2001/2002, his job was simple, be a co-host on the morning show. How hard could it be? Well, his career trajectory took off in ways he couldn't have imagined. He eventually worked his way from morning show host to Chief Operator and Facilities Manager. Who knew after he left in 2012, that he'd return again in 2026 to the family that he missed so much.

Al's had a lot of odd jobs, cooking, call center, baker, but none that compared to radio. He enjoys working in his home studio, gardening, and making people smile.

Currently he's married to the love of my life, Barb, who really keeps him grounded. To anyone out there who are just beginning to chase their dreams, as Casey Kasem always said, "Keep your feet on the ground, and keep reaching for the stars." Don't give up.. keep the chase going!
