RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Priority Media reserves the right to refuse contractual agreement for any material we deem incongruent with our Christian values.

REVIEW

Customer will be able to review site upon completion. This will allow the customer opportunity to review the appearance and content of scripted material. All changes must be completed within 3 days of initial

review.

MANAGEMENT FEES

Management fees will be prepaid by Credit/Debit only via Paypal portal.

GOVERNING LAWS

This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of Georgia, which shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal contention arising from this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Placing an order with Priority Media for web design will be regarded as acceptance of these Terms of Service.

DESIGN FEES

Design fees due are payable by check or credit card via Pay Pal. Upon signing agreement, an initial payment of 50% is due. The balance will become due upon completion of the contracted work specified  in the agreement. and prior to publication of the site. Any returned checks are subject to applicable bank fees.

DELIVERY OF CONTENT

Customer assumes responsibility for text submissions to be provided in electronic format.  Any text

submitted via paper format will be assessed a $5 fee per page.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL

Customer is liable for material submitted with copyright infringements.

EXEMPTIONS

Priority Media cannot and will not be held responsible for modifications, alterations, or deletions made by any third parties or customer. PM will not be held liable for any illegal access (hacking) to customer's site.

BRANDING

Customer agrees to allow Priority Media a designer link which will appear at the bottom on the homepage. Link will consist of a small graphic and/or text.
